Lex Mercator in parliament

Ljubljana, 21 April - The parliamentary Economy Committee is expected to clear on Friday a bill designed to prevent the diversion of funds from systemically important companies, a piece of legislation known as Lex Mercator which is being fast-tracked through parliament and is slated for passage on Tuesday.
