Former PM wins court case in battle to clear name

Ljubljana, 21 April - Alenka Bratušek, the former prime minister, appears to have won a court battle over her self-nomination for the post of EU commissioner, as the Constitutional Court threw out a complaint by the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.
