Parliament passes Mercator crisis law

Ljubljana, 25 April - The National Assembly passed on Tuesday a law designed to prevent the diversion of funds from systemically important companies, a response to reports that Croatian conglomerate Agrokor is siphoning funds from its Slovenian retail subsidiary Mercator.
