Večer sceptical about planned reorganisation of social services

Maribor, 3 May - Večer finds in a commentary on Wednesday that Slovenian social services have become excessively bureaucratic, which is why a reorganisation is more than needed, but also expresses doubt that the plan of organisation as proposed now will be effective.
