Ljubljana, 5 May - The European Commission recommended a six-month extension of temporary controls on Austria's border with Slovenia, with the recommendation coming comes despite Slovenia's protests that the measure is unwarranted. It was meanwhile reported that Italian fund Palladio Finanziaria had transferred EUR 100,000 for a 92% stake in car parts maker Cimos.
