Hate speech, chaotic world to be discussed at 49th PEN international meet

Ljubljana, 10 May - A panel entitled Is Hate Speech a Declaration of War? will launch on Wednesday the 49th PEN international writers' meeting in Bled. Around 60 participants, two thirds of whom come from abroad, will discuss topical issues at the three-day meet, while they will also mark the anniversary of Tolstoy's War and Peace.
