Alcohol, smoking restrictions relaxed at committee level

Ljubljana, 10 May - The parliamentary Health Committee decided on Wednesday to somewhat relax the restrictions on alcohol sale and smoking despite opposition from the government, experts and NGOs. In line with today's decisions, the sale of wine and beer would be allowed at sporting events, while smoking would be allowed on theatre stage.
