Dnevnik presents the man behind Koper-Divača track referendum

Ljubljana, 13 May - Vili Kovačič, a pensioner who heads a civil initiative that collects signatures for a referendum on the law on the construction of a second railway track between Koper and Divača, is a gentleman who holds the fate of the Miro Cerar government in his hands, the daily Dnevnik says in Saturday's commentary.
