Koper, 15 May - Slovenia's Nova Gorica and its twin city across the border Gorizia are in desperate need of revival, the regional daily Primorske novice writes on Monday but wonders whether they are capable of the complex and progressive thinking needed to make the recently unveiled ambitious cross-border cooperation project work.
