Brussels warns Slovenia over alternative fuel infrastructure

Brussels, 17 May - Slovenia has received a second warning from the European Commission for failing to fully transpose into national legislation the EU regulation on the deployment of alternative fuel infrastructure. If Slovenia fails to respond accordingly in two months, the Commission could refer the case to the Court of Justice of the EU.
