Collecting of signatures for rail referendum starts on Friday

Ljubljana, 17 May - After a civil society group, backed by 4,500 citizens, initiated referendum proceedings on the planned upgrade of the rail track to the Koper port on Monday, Speaker Milan Brglez decided today that the collecting of the verified signatures necessary to secure a public vote on the mega project would start on Friday.
