Triglav AGM confirms new supervisors, dividend of EUR 2.50

Ljubljana, 30 May - The shareholders of insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav appointed four new supervisors at Tuesday's general assembly meeting and reappointed one, while also confirming the management-proposed dividend payout of EUR 2.50 gross per share, which is the same as in the last two years.
