Anti-tobacco economist recommends increasing excise duties
Ljubljana, 31 May - South African anti-tobacco economist Hana Ross, who has advised a number of countries on how to tax tobacco, recommended Slovenia to increase excise duties, because cigarettes in the country are among the most affordable in Europe.
