Večer says new EU asylum policy being born in agony

Maribor, 8 June - Eurocrats needed as many as two years after the refugee crisis in Europe to admit that the Dublin asylum system is dead, while the new one, despite the fact that new refugees are constantly coming to the EU, is being born in agony, the daily Večer says in Thursday's commentary.
