Class action lawsuits possible shortly
Ljubljana, 15 June - The government adopted on Thursday a bill that will make it possible to file class action lawsuits in Slovenia. Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič said the aim was to make it easier for people to seek damages in mass damage events.
