Housing prices up 1.3% in Q1
Ljubljana, 23 June - Housing prices rose by 1.3% in the first quarter of 2017 over October-December last year. New homes were 4.1% cheaper and the prices of used homes were up 2.2%, but the number of transactions with new units was considerably lower than that of transactions with second hand units, the Statistics Office said on Friday.
