Anti-graft commission violated rights of ex-education minister

Ljubljana, 27 June - The Supreme Court has ruled that the Corruption Prevention Commission (KPK) has violated the constitutional rights of former Education Minister Stanka Setnikar Cankar by publishing in 2015 data on her side earnings. The publication in the public funds tracking application Supervizor had prompted her immediate resignation.
