Prosecution throws out Gorenje insider trading case

Ljubljana, 28 June - The Ljubljana District State Prosecution has rejected charges brought by the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) against Gorenje and the household appliance maker's chairman Franjo Bobinac. The watchdog had taken issue with how insider information was handled as Panasonic conducted due diligence at Gorenje in 2016.
