Mladina says govt should regulate status of sole proprietors

Ljubljana, 30 June - The announced tax legislation changes do not bring such a big shift that we should be celebrating, not at all, the left-leaning weekly Mladina says in its latest commentary, noting that the current regulation of the status of sole proprietors benefits the rich and hurts the poor.
