Over 18% of Mercator available at Sberbank auction

Ljubljana, 7 July - Russia's Sberbank will offer at a public auction in Ljubljana on Friday a 18.53% stake in retailer Mercator that it has confiscated as the biggest creditor of the troubled Croatian conglomerate Agrokor. The starting price is set at EUR 40.58m, with unofficial reports indicating the buyer will simply be a Sberbank subsidiary.
