Kemis fire studies show long-term impact only for nearby stream

Ljubljana, 10 July - Studies presented by the task force coordinating activities after the May fire at hazardous waste-processing facility Kemis, show the disaster will have no long-term impact on air and soil quality in the area, while parts of a nearby stream are permanently polluted. Human biomonitoring for the locals and legislative changes have been announced.
