Motion for destruction of wiretapping evidence against Janković approved

Ljubljana, 11 July - Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković has potentially received a major break in the corruption investigations against him. A Ljubljana District Court judge has ordered that wiretapping evidence against Janković, which could pertain to several open cases, be destroyed over procedural violations by the prosecution in a minor affair.
