Kolektor's Petrič reportedly charged over takeover of Etra

Ljubljana, 19 July - Commercial broadcaster POP TV reported on Wednesday that the National Bureau of Investigation had filed criminal complaints against Stojan Petrič, who controls industrial conglomerate Kolektor, and four other people over the suspected illegal gains of a total of EUR 1.8m related to Kolektor's takeover of transformer maker Etra.
