Almost half of hepatitis C patients not aware of their condition

Ljubljana, 20 July - An estimated 6,500 people in Slovenia are infected with hepatitis C, but only 3,500 are aware of their condition, a doctor from the UKC Ljubljana Infectious Diseases Clinic told the press in Ljubljana on Thursday as she presented a report from the World Health Organisation (WHO).
