Abanka to sell leasing subsidiary to Sparkasse bank

Ljubljana, 25 July - Slovenia's third largest bank, Abanka, has signed an agreement to sell its leasing subsidiary Aleasing to the Austrian-owned bank Banka Sparkasse, in line with a commitment made to Brussels.
