Ljubljana, 26 July - The heart surgery department at the Ljubljana Children's Hospital has returned to the headlines, as its head Tomaž Podnar has stepped down amid calls for resignations higher up the seniority ladder at UKC Ljubljana hospital, the STA learnt on Wednesday.
