Court upholds insider trading sentence
Ljubljana, 2 August - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld an eight-month suspended sentence for insider trading for Kristjan Verbič, president of the Pan-Slovenian Association of Small Shareholders (VZMD), in what Delo says on Wednesday is probably the first final sentence for insider trading in Slovenia.
