Fiscal Council concerned about costs of population ageing

Ljubljana, 11 August - The Fiscal Council has warned that Slovenia will soon have to tackle the issue of population ageing. Unless the costs related to population ageing are restricted, the mid- and long-term stability of the public finance will be in jeopardy, warned the body which oversees the country's commitment to gradually balance the budget.
