Opponents of govt's Koper port rail upgrade note strong presence of aquifers

Ljubljana, 25 August - Opponents of the Divača-Koper rail expansion criticised the government on Friday, as the campaign for the 24 September referendum on the project got under way, for allegedly failing to protect the aquifers on the route of the track.
