Cetis switches to one-tier management

Celje, 29 August - The shareholders of Cetis, a printing company specialised in IDs and other secure documents, have decided to spend nearly the entire 2016 distributable profit for dividends. The AGM held on Monday also green-lighted the switch to one-tier management.
