Delo poll: Turnout in rail project referendum will be decisive

Ljubljana, 4 September - A public opinion poll conducted by the newspaper Delo has shown that most Slovenians would support the government-sponsored Divača-Koper rail expansion in the 24 September referendum. However, if the turnout will be lower and similar to that in previous referenda, the outcome may be very different, says the paper.
