Signature collecting gains momentum ahead of presidential vote

Ljubljana, 4 September - A number of independent presidential candidates on Monday opened stalls at which supporters can submit their signatures of support. Independents with official endorsements by parties need to collect 3,000 signatures for the 22 October vote, while those without party support need 5,000.
