MPs on opposite banks on rail referendum campaign financing

Ljubljana, 4 September - The National Assembly started debating at Monday's emergency session the campaign for the 24 September referendum on the Divača-Koper rail expansion, with opposition MPs reproaching the government for gaining advantage by earmarking itself budget funds for the referendum campaign. Coalition MPs see today's parliamentary debate as campaigning.
