Delo says Slovenia used BSF to lobby for arbitration

Ljubljana, 5 September - Slovenia's top officials used the BSF to lobby for the border arbitration ruling, with the dispute with Croatia having overshadowed everything else, Delo notes in its front-page commentary as it comments on the Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) on Tuesday.
