BSF panel: Balkan countries' EU accession two-way process

Bled, 5 September - The two-day Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) ended on Tuesday with a discussion on the Western Balkans, with its participants agreeing that the prospect of EU accession has a transformative effect on the countries in the region, but also that the accession is a two-way process that requires effort from both sides.
