Delo analyses OECD report

Ljubljana, 6 September - Analysing the latest OECD recommendations to Slovenia, the newspaper Delo says in Wednesday's front-page commentary that the Slovenian government knows very well what needs to be done, but that sometimes it is easier to create an impression that a third party gave the instructions for unpleasant changes.
