Court decides patients should be reimbursed for private health services

Ljubljana, 6 September - The Ljubljana Labour and Social Court has ruled that the ZZZS public healthcare fund must reimburse a patient who paid a service performed by a private practitioner from his pocket. If the ruling becomes final, it could shake up the Slovenian healthcare system, the newspaper Finance writes on Wednesday.
