Paper expects vibrant campaign for presidential election

Koper, 7 September - Primorske novice expects a vibrant campaign now that Koper Mayor Boris Popovič has announced his bid. Judging by past experience, he will bring not only vibrancy and spark but also populism and a no-holds-barred approach to winning and smearing opponents, the paper says in Thursday's commentary.
