Erjavec concerned about fighters returning to W Balkans
Tallinn, 8 September - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec warned of the potential threat of foreign fighters returning from Syria and Iraq for the stability of the Western Balkans, as he addressed an informal EU ministerial in Tallinn on Friday that also featured ministers from candidate countries.
