Committee clears hospital bailout bill

Ljubljana, 12 September - The parliamentary Health Committee endorsed on Tuesday an emergency bill that will inject EUR 136m into hospitals to reduce their debt, despite warnings by several committee members that the cash injection alone does not tackle the main problem - systemic healthcare funding.
