Dog mauling happened at unlicensed breeder's

Novo Mesto/Črnomelj, 13 September - Three pit bull dogs believed to have mauled to death a 71-year-old woman near Črnomelj on Tuesday appear to have been from an unlicensed breeder who had more than a dozen dogs on his property. Police are not treating the incident as a crime since the dogs attacked the mother of the owner on his property.
