Primorske novice critical of Juncker's state of union address

Koper, 14 September - European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said nothing new in his state of the union address, the regional paper Primorske novice says in Thursday's commentary. "He talked on behalf of the biggest political groups, the biggest countries, the economic elite and Eurocracy."
