Balkan human rights ombudsmen discussing environment in Ljubljana
Ljubljana, 15 September - Human rights ombudsmen from seven Balkan countries signed in Ljubljana on Friday a declaration of cooperation as they convened a conference on the participation of the public in the drafting and adopting of environmental regulation.
