Need for accessible, culturally specific OER highlighted at UNESCO congress
Ljubljana, 18 September - Educational resources must be open, inclusive and available to users in different languages, the participants of the second UNESCO World Open Educational Resources (OER) Congress heard on Monday at the opening of the three-day congress, hosted by Slovenia.
