Maribor to be European City of Sport 2018

Maribor, 19 September - Maribor will be one of the 16 European cities in 2018 to hold the title European City of Sport conferred by ACES Europe, a Brussels-based non-profit association. Maribor will collect its title at an award ceremony on 6 December in Brussels. Last year, Krško also held the title European City of Sport.
