"Miner" Slovenian candidate for foreign language Oscar

Ljubljana, 19 September - Rudar (Miner), a film by director Hanna Slak, has been put forward as the Slovenian candidate for a nomination for the 2018 foreign language Academy Award. The film is a real-life story about a Bosnian miner who migrated to Slovenia and fights for decent burial of the victims of post-WWII reprisal killings.
