Water to be celebrated at European Cultural Heritage Days

Tolmin, 23 September - Over 380 events in 162 towns around the country and beyond will be held from 23 to 30 September as part of European Cultural Heritage Days. The topic this year is water, which makes Tolmin, located on the crossroads of the Soča and Tolminka rivers, a perfect host of Saturday's opening ceremony.
