Delo says bad bank plays key role on real estate market
Ljubljana, 20 September - Commenting on the revival of the Slovenian real estate market, the newspaper Delo says on Wednesday that despite the high demand for apartments there is no need for concern that a new real estate bubble is being inflated. The bad bank with its sale of confiscated apartments and land is increasingly acting as a regulator of the prices.
