CoE berates Slovenia for treatment of aliens, psychiatric patients
Strasbourg, 20 September - Slovenia treats persons deprived of their liberty well overall. However, safeguards are needed for the use of tazers by police, effective protection against refoulement of aliens is required, and the use of restraints for psychiatric patients should be revised, shows a report by the Council of Europe's anti-torture committee released on Wednesday.
