Slovenian franc borrowers see EU court ruling as vindication

Ljubljana, 20 September - An association of borrowers who have taken out loans in Swiss francs welcomed on Wednesday a decision by the European Court of Justice that banks ought to have warned borrowers of the pitfalls of borrowing in a non-domestic currency.
